Hisashi Maple Tree　5（ lit up）

The ‘Hisashi Maple Tree’ is located along Prefectural Road 28 at the entrance to Shinyabakei. As the name suggests, there is a 100 m stretch of maple trees overhanging the road like a ‘hisashi’ (eaves). During the autumn foliage season, the area is lit up and visitors can enjoy the fantastic and beautiful night-time autumn colours, which are different from those in the daytime.
